Since 2009 I have been working as a manager of various departments and at various levels of the executive. In my career, I got from a vulcanizing machine to the chair of a plant manager.

I offer the experience I have gained over the years as an interim manager, consultant, coach or mentor. I share my experience and it is naturally the content of my activities, trainings, trainings, optimization projects and mentoring.
